I will never eat there again!!!! We ordered 4 bugers and fries. Nothing in the order was right, the food was ice cold, which would stand to reason since we sat in drive thru for 35 minutes - plenty of time for the fries and burgers to get cold. One counter person was standing around doing nothing the entire time. No one was particularly helpful and the line up behind us was huge. This seemed to be a source of amusement to some of the staff. We then got to wait around a bit longer while the corrected part of the order mess up by providing the 4th burger. I have never had such poor service or terrible quality food.

WE WERE AT MACDONALDS ON ROACHDALE BLVD ON THE 01MARCH08 BETWEEN 7PM AND 8PM. THERE WERE 4 ADULTS AND ONE CHILD. WE HAD 4 DRINKS AND ONE SMALL ICE CREAM CONE WHICH TOOK 15-20 MINUTES. THE MAIN AREA WAS DIRTY, THE PLAY AREA WAS DIRTY. I BROUGHT THIS TO THE ATTENTION OF THE SUPERVISOR AND HE ADVISED I CAN NOT DO IT ALL MYSELF THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A FAMILY FAST FOOD RESTAURANT AND THIS MACDONALDS WAS A DISGRACE FOR SERVICE AND CLEANLINESS. WE WILL NEVER ENTER THAT MACDONALDS AGAIN. I DO HOPE THEY CLEAN UP THEIR ACT. ONE LADY THERE TOLD US THE AREA MANAGER FOR MACDONALDS WAS CONTACTED TWICE AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT THE CLEANLINESS AND SERVICE.
