Fantastic.

We were there for New Years Eve.
We had reservarion at 800 p.m. when we got there at 745 our table was ready.
We had such a great meal and simply an outstanding Service.
We were not rushed and spend 3 plus hours.
All the tables around us were very happy as well.

One more thing ,while most of the restaurants in Regina increase their prices Memories had the same prices as the regular menu.

We took advantage of the $20.00 20th Anniversary 3 cource Dinner.

The Prime Rib just melted in your Mouth,the Greek Chicken is by far the very best in our city,Two of my friends had the fillets of Sole they said it was exellent and that the creamy sauce very very tasty.

The $20.00 deal is by far the best in the city at the moment.

We have told all of our friends about it and they have phone us back to thank us.

All of them love it and have gone back two or three times.

Attended memories in a group of 15 on Sun., Sept. 27/09. Quality of the food was terribly disappointing. ie-clam chowder cold and sent back, prime rib was not tender and appeared to be fried rather than roasted, Sole platter had water on the plate and was told it was normal for that dish, Some dinner roles still frozen in the centre, majority of main courses were not hot. We have had previous experiences at memories that were very good, which is why we feel very disappointed on this occasion. It will be a long time before we visit or recomend Memories again!

We celebrated my mom and dad's 50th wedding anniversary with friends and family at Memories. What a wonderful experience, right from the excellent service to the delightful food. We were made to feel very welcome, and the attention to details was appreciated. Thanks to the Memories staff for making our evening one which we will always look upon with fond memories!

Outstanding food and service. I highly recommend this establishment to everyone. I have gone for lunch and dinner and it has always been an incredible experience every time. I love that the management always comes around and say hi and check how everything is.

Me and my husband came here for my birthday which was yesterday. We were a little nervous as we usually go to the Diplomat, and always stick with what we know.
We were so glad we tried Memories, as we were impressed with the service, the atmosphere and the food.
Presentation of the food was lovely. The taste of the food was wonderful, we ordered CHATEAUBRIAND FOR TWO, the meat was done to perfection, there were plenty of veg and the potatoes were so tasty.

While it is one of the more expensive restaurants in Regina, every penny was worth it. The food and atmosphere was excellent, however the service was out of this world. Our waiter, Scott, was unbelievable. The smallest details were attended to perfectly, from the simple things that often get overlooked like water glasses always being full, to the the exceptional, like taking my 13 month old son for a walk around the restaurant when Scott saw that we were having difficulty keeping him entertained while we were finishing up our meal. This Friday night out was definately a special treat but one we are looking forward to saving up for again.

During our stay with our friends in Regina, we were highly recommended to experience this wonderful well-known restauraunt with friends and family. We put our tastebuds to the test and Memories definitely passed our test. The food was marvelous and the service was remarkable. After dining in Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia, one can experience these positive memories only in Regina at Memories Fine Dining.

Me and my Fiance went for dinner tonight , we went there as we have a reservation for our wedding dinner here and she has not been here for a long while and I never have been here.

Well this is Memories 20 year anniversary and they have a special on until Mid August. A 3 course meal for twenty dollars. The special starts with soup......Split pea or Clam Chowder. I had the clam chowder and my fiance had the split pea soup. Both are fantastic.....this along with a warm bead roll. Then you get a salad with a salad dressing this is so light and tasty.....the presentation of the salad was wonderful....wrapped up in a long very thin slice of cucumber. The main entree is a choice of Prime Rib, Hellas Chicken and Fillet of Sole . I had the Prime Rib and my fiance had the Hellas Chicken. Well the Prime Rib was fantastic, but the Hellas Chicken was out of this world. Again the presentation was fantastic.

We had two cocktails each and thought that we would complete this evening with desert.....I had the chefs special which was called Baked Brownie Phyllo and my fiance had the chocolate Pate.....well both were wonderful, but without a doubt the Baked Brownie Phyllo was the best desert that I have ever had.

The cost of this total meal was a very reasonable $85.......this includes 4 cocktails and two deserts.

At $20 for this special....this makes the best restaurant in Regina a true Gift........I will be back again and again.

This restaurant has an excellent reputation for a reason. My sweetheart and I were there to enjoy their current anniversary promotion, and weren't disappointed. Not only was the food delicious, it was beautifully presented in a romantic atmosphere, from the private booths to the background music.

Try the Chicken Hellas - moist, tender, just the right mix of spices and feta. Mmmmm

We are looking forward to taking our wedding group to enjoy a meal in one of the private rooms.

Thanks to Thomas and his staff! We have dined at memories on several occasions and have always received exemplary service. The dining is always a wonderful experience, our favourite menu would have to be the goats cheese salad with spicy rocket, the chateaubriand for two accompanied with the excellent Chateau de la Gardine Chateauneuf de pape and to finish, the wickedly sinful Baileys cheescake. After that there is normally room (just!) for one of the excellent speciality coffees. We have always felt welcomed and relaxed, there is never a rush to serve, allowing ample time to savour the first class ingredients which comprise Memories premiere creations. Thanks for the Memories!

Three of us went for a supper meal. Excellent service, good menu selection, very good meal (good amount, great tasting, good presentation), good wine list, and great dessert. One of the best meals I've had in a long time. Highly recommended!

Best Restaurant EVER! Apparently they catered to the queen when she was in Regina! Queen Elizabeth!! I was there!! I got invited, it was freakin sweet!

Our visit to Memorie's in December was very memorable, I can certainly see what my brother and his friends talked to highly of it. His name was Jon Daley and after his tragic death last year, we took a trip to Memories especially to see a place that he spoke of so highly! One of the Best Restaurants in the City. The food tastes the best, and is worth your money. If someone said that a fast food restaurant would taste better, then they obviously have no taste at all, or they're simply miserable. Memories has the nicest staff ever, and the quality of service is outstanding.
Different tastes, unique ideas, and great selection along with the service makes this restaurant the best in the city for Fine Dining. One of their great dishes is the Steak Peppercorn which I'd recommend to anyone! This restaurant deserves 6 out of 6 stars.

on sept 29/07, i attended a fiftieth wedding anniversary at memories rest. in regina sask,
i ordered a good wine, only to have a twist off cap brought for me to taste, after tasting i waited for the waiter to pour a full glass..never happened, he proceeded to pour everyone else until the wine was gone. i ordered a steak medium well, after waiting some 45 min, a steak burnt on the outside and shoe leather on the inside, i ate the vegetables and choked down as much of the steak i could. the salad i ordered for the end of the meal never came. six of eighteen people at the table did not get what they ordered. the bill was over 700 dollars, and there was no tip paid. i have to say that this rest. was the second worst dining experience of my life, second only to a greasy spoon truck stop in the usa. in my opinion the chef, managment, and waiters should consider a career in the dry cleaning business. quietair

I love this restaurant. We had our wedding dinner there (small party of 15) and have had every major family event either at Memories, or catered by them since then. In addition to great food, the staff - and especially the owner Thomas - make you feel like royalty when you go there. Definitely a favourite for us!

We took our staff there for Christmas and tipped only 10% for the service. We were told that our tip was inadequate and that they expected 15% at that time of year. I thought that was a little brazen for a bill that was in the neighbourhood of $1200.

It was our anniversary so a special night. It was my first time there, with our reservation we had the nice touch of the monogrammed matches, however I was disappointed with the atmosphere.. crowded and small.

We ordered our entrees and my pork medallions came complete with a big long nasty hair in it. Upon bringing it to the waiter's attention, the manager came out and politely told me all of the cooks are bald, inferring the hair was mine. I proceeded to point out that it was encrusted in breading and suggested maybe it was a waiter's hair.

So as my boyfriend ate his meal, I sat there waiting for food upset and unhappy they accused me of placing a hair in my food. The replacement meal arrived after my boyfriend's plate was cleared away... only to find horrible food that was not eatable anyways three small thin pork medallions, which were over cooked.

The owner offered us free desert liquor, which doesn't appeal to me at all.

So a horrible evening for the bargain price of $130. I will never recommend or return to this establishment!

Memories is an amazing place for all occasions. They really make you feel special there, they deserve 6 stars!
